Few people have the opportunity to work with an individual who has a true vested interest in your success, and the success of your organization. I had the pleasure of working with David Aguilar while he completed an ITIL assessment of the IT Service Desk I help manage at Sandia National Laboratories. David’s ability to explain, relate, and diagnose our strengths and areas of improvements were quite astonishing.
